I’ve been working as a conceptual creative for over 20 years in London, Bristol and Kent. I spent my first week in an agency creative department aged 16. As well as perfecting my tea making technique, I discovered how much fun advertising could be. So when they told me I had to go to the famous Watford School of Copy to train, I did. I still love solving problems with great ideas.
People call me (amongst other things) a ‘creative all rounder’. I don’t just write compelling copy, I am a visual thinker, draw up my own concepts, write a sound creative strategy to back my ideas up and then confidently present my work. Two clients have followed me between agencies because I did such a great job for them. Heavens to Betsy, I’ll say it: I like clients.
Recently, I’ve been asked to teach some workshops on copywriting and creativity and I relish roles or projects where I can pass on my knowledge and oversee a team. Email me (alison@brushfield.com) or call (07808 469993) and let’s chat about what you need.
