The school has an automatic telephone recording system which records all phone calls made to and from the school using external lines. Parents and Carers have been informed of this through an email. The school will be able to access the recordings using a secure web-based phone management system. Only a restricted few members of staff will be able to access the recording system and those staff will have to obtain permission from the headteacher to do so. Details of access to calls will be kept, along with the reason for access, which will principally be for staff training or security/safety purposes. Monitoring systems will be put in place to ensure the system is used securely and that confidentiality is maintained. Copies of calls will not be made without the permission of the Headteacher.

Swanton Morley is located roughly 3 miles to the north east of Dereham and approximately 17 miles to the north west of Norwich. The school is set on its own in a rural location to the west of the village centre.
Approach from Norwich and the East
- Leave the A47 at the North Tuddenham junction just after the road becomes dualled
- Bare right and cross the A47, then turn left on to the B1110 (old A47) in the direction of Dereham
- After approximately 1.5 miles turn right (signed – Swanton Morley)
- Turn right after about 2 miles at a crossroads and join the B1147 which leads into the village
- Travel roughly 0.75 mile and turn left into Manns Lane, (signed – Village Hall)
- The school is on the left, just after the village hall
Approach from King’s Lynn and the West
- Leave the A47 at Scarning, turning left onto Drayton Hall Lane (signed – Gressenhall Rural Life Museum)
- At the end of Drayton Hall Lane turn right towards Dereham.
- In Dereham, bare left at the War Memorial following the signs to Swanton Morley
- Continue for about 0.5 mile then turn left onto King’s Road (signed – Swanton Morley)
- After 0.5 mile turn right onto the B1147 (signed – Swanton Morley)
- Travel 3 miles to Swanton Morley
- Travel roughly 0.75 mile and turn left into Manns Lane, (signed – Village Hall)
- The school is on the left, just after the village hall
